Hi, I am going to Europe for 3 weeks soon. Can my Aldabra survive (at home) without hot spot or heat for 3 weeks? The current temperature in my city is 79-86, humidity 70-90%.

When I bought my first aldabra in middle of September 2011, it was full of pyramids, then I gave it high protein Mazuri and Poland Tropical tortoise food (protein: 15-30%), and gave it high humidity environment (humidity: 70-85%), now 9 months later, all its new rings are very smooth, and old...
My Sulcata is growing fast, but now his forehead bones are protuding - coming out, makes my Sulcata looked very angry and evil. :(
Is this normal for Sulcatas?

Uric Acid is the end product of Protein or Nucleic Acid? I am confused by so many posts here.

My Aldabra (7 inch, 700g) just swallowed a tree bark today, I saw it, and I tried to pull it out from his mouth, but he was too strong and swallowed it. :(
Can my Aldabra digest it? Will it cut the stomach and intestines? :(

Then, everybody told me to raise the humidity and keep it hydrated, yes I did, I followed all your advice, now my Aldabra is having Reverse Pyramiding :(

My Sulcata urinates uric acid (toothpaste like) once every 2 days, does it mean it's safe from getting bladder stone? Because several of my friends' Sulcatas got bladder stones even if they urinated uric acid regularly. Strange! And I am afraid now.

What's the Humidity range for Aldabra? I checked many books written by Taiwanese and Japanese, they never give Humidity range for Aldabra (they give humidity range for all other tortoises)!

I have 1 Sulcata Baby 5.7cm 75g, 1 Leopard Baby 6.7cm 117g, 1 Aldabra 10cm 354g.
I am successfully raising Sulcata and Leopard without problem, but my Aldabra has soft shell and bumpy shell, is this normal?
