The family had her for 9 months and according to the vet had been feeding her much too much of the wrong stuff. I've had her about a week and have to admit that mammals are my strong suit. I am feeling a little overwhelmed. Any advice would be appreciated. Here is the scoop.

Last week, we adopted a 10 year old Russian tortoise named Toph. It's been a roller coaster ever since.

Little Toph has some health issues from malnutrition and overfeeding that we have to overcome but we are excited to start the next however many years of or the rest of our lives with her. We look forward to chatting and learning. This forum has already been a wealth of information for us.
