Someone showed me this craigslist ad because she said that the dog looks just like my dog, Apollo... Well, the similarities seem way more than coincidence to me...
This dog is literally a dead ringer for my dog, same funky markings on the legs, same ears, same stature... they seem to have similar behavior, too. They are the same age, and the same mix. This COULD all be a coincidence but, as a member of a Border Collie rescue organization I see a lot of BC/Aussie mixes and have noticed how my dog looks nothing like any of them.
I've emailed the people asking for more information, haven't heard back yet. Even if it IS just a coincidence, I hate it when people list dogs for free on Craigslist and since this dog is so much like my dog it's really hit home for me.
Could anyone possibly help me get this dog to a safe home?
