Did we change the format of TFO?

I just pulled up TFO from two different computers and it is totally changed formats is this happening to anyone else? I hate it! I hope it's just me and not going to stay this way. I wish it would go back to the pm's being in yellow also I'm actually missing some of them the new way. I just don't notice them up in the right hand corner.

Candy I'm having some issues with the stylesheets right now. This is not the intended format or theme. Things should be back to normal very soon.

Its probably a glitch. I'm sure Josh will fix it when he sees it.
