Urgent; russian wont eat/poop!!

My russian won't eat or poop at all..

Had her 2 years. Temps are norm. She won eat anything nor will she poop. Don't know what to do.

Give us all the info you can. Set up, temps, substrate soaks, diet, etc. is there anything else she is or isn't doing? Has she ever been with a male?
In the mean time, give her a warm soak in the tub, where she can move around. Sometimes that will get things moving through.

Soak her! It sounds as though she may have an impacted bowel. Warm water for at least 20 minutes at a time. Try to encourage her to get some exercise. You could even combine the two and soak her in the bathtub. She'll want to scramble around, which is what you want. Do this everyday until you see a change. You may also want to offer aloe vera and canned pumpkin puree. You can find the pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) at the local grocery.
