I'm having this problem too, my tort completely not interested in food and the vet has no idea what's wrong with her!
She also can't open her eyes!
I'm bathing her twice daily

Did you ever resolve your ongoing eye issues with your tortoise?

I can't see in any of your past posts if you addressed some key issues.

How is your tortoise getting its UVB? Outdoors or from a UVB emitting bulb? If so, what kind of bulb and how old is it?

What are your high and low temperatures?

What does your diet consist of?

No this problem is still ongoing.

I have a mercury vapor bulb i think it is this one... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Exo-Terra-P...1456132750&sr=8-1&keywords=mercury+vapor+bulb

The bulb is about 3/4 months old.

Diet consists of mainly lettuce and carrots - there isn't a wide variety of things in my garden for her to eat and it is winter over here so nothing is growing anyway.

High temps...i can't remember off the top of my head as I am at work but I can let you know later on.

So the day temp is about 37 degrees and the bulb is off at night so temps drop to around 21.

I can't do a poo sample as there is no poo!

Your Vet could take swab from inside of torts cloaca or examine the enema washings. It's something to start with :)
