I'd say you have to specify that it's the kid Anakin but I don't know that angsty teen Anakin was much better.

he actually make some very good points I wished George Lucas has gone that route that the writer makes because I just hate Jar Jar.

After the movie release in 1977 I insisted that my mother buy me all Star Wars themed shirts for school.
About 12 assorted T-shirts in all.
In a very short period of time I hated having to wear them.
I think that every kid was blown away by that movie..But very few would admit it.

I remember getting one of the original diecast metal snowspeeders. It was awesome, it doubled as a ninja throwing star (it would actually stick into tree trucks if you threw it hard enough).

Phantom Menace was worse. In fact, the Christmas special is a holiday tradition for me! It's sooooo bad it's almost good (at least if one drinks enough before watching). If I'm drunk enough I can sing most of "Happy Life Day"...

Disney is going balls to the wall with Star Wars movies. not only the force awakens but a Boba Fett solo movie and a han Solo prequel. oh joy rapture. I really hope they do the hun solos trilogy
