Not to be a total dork, but sounds like a great reason to skip work!

Looks great! If only you had another palm tree and a hammock...

Tortoises are a great reason for not working ( I had 3 foot surgerys in the last 3 months and I was off ) and they look happy

I forget the name of the palm. All I know is two things: 1) the nut/berries that it produces are non-toxic to animals, and 2) its been here since before we moved in and its too thick/huge to get rid of.

The previous pen was 8' x 8'. This one is just shy of 12' x 12'. I had wood left over, so I attached the old pen on the side for when my juveniles get larger.

Nice enclosure, a great reason to skip work if you ask me! Good eye JD, that is a pindo palm or "date palm. My reds love the dates and they give a pleasant aroma to my enclosures. They taste great, and are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants.
