Sorry to ask this question but....
Has anybody else heard their tortoise trump?

I was cleaning crush today, after it was clean i saw him going to do a poo, ( he always does the same move for the toilet) so i thought he was going to have a poo, then instead of a poo i heard pops LMAO guessed it was a trump.. i thought how cute, but id never look at a tortoise and think they would trump lmao!

Haha..sometimes I hear Ernie fart when hes about to go poo. Its a good warning because if I'm holding him, I know what to expect next hahaha =P

Charlie has farted -- the silent but deadly sort-- so I am looking around the room going who farted? Matt says no, charlie just looks up at me. I swear that tort smiles!!!

I've noticed it more when they urinate or pass urates. Quite common.

Trevor likes to make his own bubble bath if you know what I mean. For a 140 gram hatchling, I'm surprised I can hear it. hehe

Kate, Tallula also makes her own "bubble bath" lol - she farted once so loudly for such a little thing, I blamed Nick, and Nick just burst out laughing at T. Haha. SO yep, they do indeed toot, trump, pass wind !

Both our torts enjoy their own "bubble baths".hehehe
Took me a bit to figure out what was happening, I thought it might have been
a little air trapped under their shell, surely they wouldn't be fluffing?lol
I remember visiting the Basel zoo and watching a huge hippo enjoying a soak
and bubble bath. Now those were big bubbles!

By far the most entertaining thread I've read on here yet. Don't know why, but whenever someone or something rips one out, it's just plain funny. Unless it's a shart, and you happen to be at the mall with your girlfriend when it happens.
