New Redfoot!

OK everyone, I know I posted earlier about getting a Russian, BUT! I ended up getting a red foot instead! i will post pics tomorrow, when i brought the little guy home, whos name is Torkoal, he was very active and exploring his new home, hasnt eaten yet but im sure hes just stressed from leaving the dreaded petsmart, any info you can give a noob will be appreciated!

Red foots are great. Check out turtletary.com and redfoots.com for great care info. Also don't handle the little guy too much right now as he settles in. it will only add to his stress.

I really wanted to name it Blastoise, but it just didnt flow with the coloring lol and then my friend told me Torkoal
