Longan fruit for red foot?

At this time of year there are a lot of longan available at my place.

I want to try give them to my rf torto but I'm not sure is it safe for them or not? I want my rf to try something new cause I've been giving him papaya, pineapple or strawberry. I know mango is good but he never eat them. I've been trying to give him sweet mango tho should I give him the sour one?

I'm not sure, but you could try a little. If you google the fruit, the list with vitamins and so on come up... plenty of Vit C in it.

You can, just peel them and remove the seed. My adults love them, when the husband is actually willing to share them!
