Should I give my 8month old Redfoot cuttlebone?

I was just wondering if I could give my rf tort a cuttlebone. I usually give him Calcium supplement every sunday but I was wondering if I could also give my little RF a cuttlebone?

Would it hurt my rf at all? I wouldnt want my rf to take a huge chunck out of it and choke

I keep a cuttle bone in my 6 month old's enclosure.
He doesn't gnaw on it much, though.
He mainly just sits on it.

Herman eats it. There are big chuncks out of it. Im just worried that he might choke or something
