Hi there.
Yeah, they all have different personalities, some more outgoing than others.
What is your humidity level at?

Do you have them together if you do the reason why one is shy is because its being emotionaly bullied by the other.

It averages 70% humidity and ambiance temp is around 80 degrees hot spot 95 degrees
So does it drops below 70% at times?
I only asked because the substrate looks very dry, but I am on my phone so picture is small. Try and get your humidity up to 80%.
Also do you have a water dish big enough for them to self soak? I'd spray that log every morning, As it dries out through the day it will help with humidity.
Wait whilst they get older and their character really shows. All unique animals. :D

Keep your substrate moist. Not sodden but just moist and warm.
My humidity doesn't drop below 80% and ambient temps are 82f at one end and 88f at the other. 95f seems a bit too high for redfoots. As long as they are hydrated they should grow smooth.
Do you know how old they are?

They look nice. Keep them humid and all should go well, also be sure they are both getting their fair share of food. Is the quiet one feeding ok?
So you are bathing 4 times a wk?

They both eat well, I can't tell a difference in size. Yes 4-3 soaks a week. Is that too much?

Some soak every day and some 2 or 3 times a wk.
I only soak once a week. But mine are about 85% to 90% humidity more often than not. So plenty of hydration.
Are yours pooping everytime you soak.

No such thing as too much soaking, as long as it is supervised I.e. no drowning danger, and water is warm and clean. I got a pair of Redfoots too ☹ thought I had done lots of homework beforehand... Enough to know the principles of good husbandry.... Well, that was before I found this forum and the breeder obviously wanted to sell 2 rather than just one baby, he never advised me not to get a pair. Our babies are about 9 months old now and still live together but I'm preparing to separate them while indoors. We are in central Texas so they will be able to spend most of they year outside in my garden which is big enough for them to stay away from each other, or... I may rescue couple of females to have a little herd here in my subdivision This winter we are going to be starting our work on enclosing the garden for them (predator proofing etc) the heated house will be the last thing to go up. I think next winter they will still come inside at night. ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1451240227.319604.jpg here they are. ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1451240410.146353.jpgoh and btw I LOVE MY REPTIFOGGER!!!! The babies grow very nicely with smooth shells, humidity stays up in the closed chamber, substrate, live plants and the fogger, I don't even use spray bottle any more. Every time I turn the substrate and put clean moss in the middle of the substrate is very moist. The very top layer of the moss does dry up with all the heat going on but fogger goes ON every morning for about 15-20 min and that seems to do the trick. It took me a while a lots of reading to find what works best for me. And so will you. Enjoy your beautiful pets! And keep us posted here
