my leopard has a problem with her beak..... she is clicking when she opens and closes her mouth. She isn't eating very well atm. I am trying to encourage eating, but she hasn't eaten much in the past day and a half.

What can I do?????.... she certainly still has plenty of energy for now.

It sounds like (not a vet here) she might have a jaw issue. Do you have any pics? If she doesn't eat soon (I personally don't wait longer than 2-3 days) you might want to consider a vet visit

A lot of tortoises will make a clicking noise when they are eating, so I wouldn't be concerned about that.

I would be concerned about not eating well. It doesn't seem like the two are related, but pictures will help as mentioned above.
