I am a dyslexic and every time I read this I see and say Christina Aguilera.
Would have understood the Afrikaans better. So if I put the common name in parentheses will it read "Christina aguilera bow shooting"? Haha
Chersina Angulata(bowsprit tortoise) or Rooipens in Afrikaans.
Well of course. You speak Afrikaans don't you?Would have understood the Afrikaans better.
Yes and no, I have been living in amerika so long now that I have forgotten a lot of it, can still read it well enough though.Well of course. You speak Afrikaans don't you?
Still that's very awesome.Yes and no, I have been living in amerika so long now that I have forgotten a lot of it, can still read it well enough though.
That's correct. Not a trick. That's typical for them, sometimes it's very very red on specimens.Beautiful! Does the plasteron of the one look pinkish?
Most of that is fairy tale to be honest. Since this species rarely ever comes into the US there's not too many of them here in collections. I know of a few that keep them and breed them. They actually don't need it scorching hot, or dry at all. These guys will eat anything, they have eaten every offered, mazuri, Marion, graze on the grass in the pen, they really love cactus blooms I have been putting there for them. Certainly hope that I am successful in keeping them and getting eggs and offspring. Super cool species for sure.thas awesome. one of my most favorite species. is it hard to keep them? i heard that they need extremely hot enclosure and are very picky eaters.
Thanks!!
