Very nice, great job!

Thanks I know the shell not as smooth as should be at least not uneven bumps but I tried my best and they are my first few Aldabra !!

I measured , 18.5" and about 27kg or about 60 lbs
And he is not the biggest in this age group ( 2008)

Cheers

If I assume they are 7 cm and now is 45 cm.

So in 6 years time, they only grow like 6 cm per year. The other bigger aldabra in your group, I assume growth rate not higher than 10 cm per year.

I see you give them greens in the picture, so do they get it every day or just several days per week? I hardly ever fed mine store greens nor mazuri like several months now and the growth rate seems much slower now.

Like I told you before I limit their growth to not more than 3" or about 7.6cm per year .

They get supplemented green or mazuri as snack a few times a week and the rest of the time they roam the yard on lawn .

They not broiler chicken why speed them to grow big .
