Just in case some didn't already know , those on the left are I.forstenii while those on the right are I.elongata .

For forsten's the black on scutes come few months to a year after hatching .

Those are some very light colored Indotestudo. Do darken by their first year when starting off so light still?

First pic is of them 6-9 mths after hatch !! Did they darken ? Not much I think
