Here is the enclosure.

Ambient heat must be high in that small space with two bulbs and CHE. I know you don't have it on all at once, but, check what the ambient temp is when you have the lights on any given day.

Hello...

Ok so either his eyes are hurting from the light and/or he has a hurt front leg
No, not front leg. His head is down on the substrate at times. It's as though he's blinded and it's throwing his balance off. I'm really really concerned. Try leaving him in a shallow soak for a hour. Watch him closely. If he's not lifting his head and he seems to have trouble breathing, take him out immediately and prepare for a good vet visit asap. I wish Yvonne was on tonight. She may have seen this type of behavior with one of her rescues.

Dang still not loading

I saw the video. It's disturbing, and I feel for you both. Try not to get emotional, I know, it's hard. But, I trying to help you determine what could be causing this behavior. So far, his environment seems to be okay. At this point, I wouldn't use the MVB. Use only the bulb for heat and light until this passes. If after tomorrow, he is still in this state, it's time to a vet visit.

He raises his head above the water and has both eyes closed not gasping for breath

Ok, you'll need to keep your eyes on him the whole time. If possible, can one of you go out to a drug store or WalMart where you can get Pedialyte. That's what they give human babies to increase the electrolytes. Add the whole bottle into the soak. You may have to remove the water first. Let him soak in it for a while. I'll stay with you tonight.
Get the unflavored one.

Something is seriously wrong. I would definitely switch off the MVB for now. Does he have a spot where he can hide and get out of the light?

If you do the pedialyte soak I would add some carrot baby food to it as well. Make sure you warm it up a little since he will be in it for a while soaking, you don't want him to get too cold.

Yea he has two spots and I have never seen him use them. When I would place him inside the log hides he would come out and lay under the light.

It's hard to tell from the last video, but is his whole face submerged? if so that isn't right. I don't know how active he is, but can you prop his front half up on something so that his nostrils aren't continually submerged? Maybe a soda cap or something? I think an item that keeps his face out of the water while resting but still allows him to drink if he so chooses would be best.

Yea he was raising his head but then stopped halfway through the soak one of the reasons why I took the video. I will do the pop cap I am going to run to Walgreen's and get the electrolytes that was discussed. Do you add water and hat kind of carrot baby food... I have never bought baby food before. Thanks!

In the store, go to where the baby foods are, and get the starter, strained carrot food. Add it direct to the pedialyte. You don't need to add water to it. Yhe pedialyye is already prepared for drinking w/o adding water. Also, there's definitely something in the eyes, perhaps dust particles from the substrate. If you have an eyedropper, fill it with warm water and squirt it in gently into each eye. Do this once every hour or so.

For the carrot babyfood anything that is just carrots and water will work. Don't get anything with meat or gravy or rice or other random stuff. The vitamin A in it is good for the eyes.

The pedialyte is a liquid like gatorade that you shouldn't have to add water to, just make sure you get the unflavored stuff.
