What plants/weeds are these?

I tried looking through various posts, but didn't see any similar. So I decided to post pictures to see if anybody knows what these are, and if it is safe for torts to eat them. Here are the links.

This last one just grew out of nowhere. My parents didn't plant it, it just came out of the blue. The other ones are just weeds I think.

Besides the cactus, I have no idea.. Does it smell like mint?
the last one kinda looks like Wandering Jew or creeping charlie??

Yeah, my parents planted a whole bunch of cactus. So I have that going for my torts :)

I was just curious if anybody knew in case they were edible by my torts. They don't really smell like anything. They are just there.

Thanks though. :D My parents were going to remove all those anyways.
