Summer Will Be Great Over Here!

Hey tom, During Summer When the temps are 70's
At Night time do you Still Use a Heat Lamp At
Night?
Or is It A Good Temp To Leave It Off?

My reptile room is on two thermostats for two separate heaters. That way I'm covered if one fails. I set it to about 78 at about 2' off the floor which keeps most of the room at around 80 all the time. In the summer it gets 110 out here and my reptile room gets into the 90's. During that time of year, I'll sometimes turn off the heaters to try to get it into the low 70's overnight so that it doesn't get too hot the next afternoon. I guess I spend a lot of time over the summer checking weather reports, watching temps and trying to make predictions. Most of the year, I just set it and forget it. If electricity were free, I'd put an air con/heating unit on there and never touch it.

chilly,rain, thunderstorms, foggy, misty, humid...No outdoor grazing so far this week But I picked for them and brought it to them.
