They are looking very nice. Sure hope your keeping a close eye out for bullying. I am suspect that the one is smaller because of bullying. You have read about tortoises not doing good in pairs because of bullying. Specially sulcatas. Signs of bullying can be obvious and then can be almost undetectable. Get prepared to separate as its usually not if it happens but when.
