Turtle poo potential problem

I have 2 eastern long neck turtles
Around 12 months old
When feeding them separately
One of them feeds fast then does a poo and their done
The second takes for ever to feed which is fine but I haven't seen him poo for ages. He seems happy and healthy and it might just be the case that he poos in the tank and I just don't see it
Currently both eat live fish, frozen baby turtle blocks and frozen shrimp.
What other type of food can they eat ?
Should I be concerned re not seeing poo?

the turtle could be eating it. I've kept various water turtles for over 30 years they opften eat it. Have you tried seafood medley?
