The New Enclosure

Behold the new enclosure. I got this crate from my company. It's what we use to ship our product out to customers. It is 6' 6" long, 2' 6" wide, and 2' 9" tall. I need to get another heat lamp or two now since the enclosure before was a lot smaller than this. It was a large cement mixing tub. The substrate is mainly cypress mulch and a little organic potting soil on one end with sphagnum moss spread out over it and under the temporary cardboard box. The flower pot (their fav spot) is lined with orchard hay. The entire enclosure weighs roughly 400lbs. Instead of cutting the crate down, I choose to fill it about one foot deep with cypress mulch since it is so cheap. Under the crate is 3" wheels with locking capability. Well I put it all together under the carport and tried to bring it around back. The wheels immediately sank into the mud. Haha. It took a little over 2 hours to get it about 30ft. Haha. Good times!

Comments/questions/tips/concerns are more than welcome. I'm a newb. We have two sulcatas about 10 months old and one leopard about 2 months old.

Pretty cool box. I would be very careful with that big bulb in a small socket. Also, I believe the lights might be to high to do any good. In the pics it looks like it anyway. Also, I believe I see a coil bulb. They cause eye problems. However, if you have warm weather and get them in the sun, you don't need the lights.

The coil light is not being used. I put the lamp with the clamp out there so that I could get the "look." Lol. That's where I'll be putting the extra heat lamp.
The temps as of now are 74-78 F and 83F under the lamp. With a stronger lamp, it should work out perfect.
