I use a glass terrarium for my hatchlings.
But it will very quickly become unsuitable because of size or the number of babies.

@ZEROPILOT yes sure the size is a problem but I asking just for 1 baby so I think it is being ok ...can I ask,what is your oponion for equipment in this size tank? (Light,heat,uv,che) I do not have experience in this topics

Your location and situation means a lot.
But you'll need a uv light and I recommend a strip type florescent. And if your area isn't warm, you'll need a heat source. Such as a CHE lamp.
The type of tortoise also matters.
Some require higher humidity than others, etc.
