I have a Red Foot, 3"SCL owned for 2 weeks. Today I switched from a grassy hay to coco coir.

My rf went from laying around not doing much to doing laps around his 3'x1.5' enclosure.

I've planted some herbs/flowers in there from seeds so at the moment it's bare but he seems to love it.

That's great. It's always nice to see them enjoying their home. When he settles and doesn't seem to explore anymore, change it up some. That always got my leopard to explore again.

Good Choice! Coconut fibers are great, and my RT loves it too. It keeps water like crazy though, so make sure it doesn't get too humid in there.

I have the opposite experience. I feel coco fiber dries out quickly. Which I hate because then it gets dusty.

I have a RF so humidity is a plus, I also got it so I could grow some live plants in there for him to munch on
