Could any expert advice me how to pack 4 leopard tortoises for shipping, about 7" to 8.5"? What sort of container to I need? What is the most economical way to ship them? Thanks!

Are they all going together or to different homes, with 4 that are 7-8" you would need a really big box, it might be cheaper to use delta dash and maybe a small kennel.
wow, I'm sorry I completely skipped over the 7-8.5" part! i haven't shipped a tortoise that large but someone here will be able to give you some pointers...
I just received 4 adult RFs weighing a total of 20# thru DHL for $200 shipping (Delta Dash has limited destintions). They shipped in pillowcase per tort, packed in peanuts in two boxes. Arrived in excellant shape. From Arkansas to Iowa.
