Does anyone know if I need some kind of exotic animal license in the state of Minnesota to sell Russian tortoises. I have a male and a female and they have been mating. Before anyone hates on me I will be incubating the eggs and doing lots of research on how to raise the babies. I have a lot of time before they would even be ready to sell. Any thoughts or links anyone has positive thoughts only please.

We won't "hate on you". We applaud your effort to help eliminate the need for wild caught russians. Now it might be a different story if we were talking sulcata!

Thats great that your Russians are starting to breed for you. I am wondering how large your pair is, and were they already adults when you got them?
