Red foot mouth injury in crease/corner?

Hello! So my Red foot, Kirby, seems to be injured. I can only imagine it's from scraping their food off the side of their mouth with their feet.
Can anyone tell me what I should do for this, theories, advice, etc? If you need more information about habitat/husbandry, just ask!

Very Gently clean it with a soft tooth brush and water, and apply some antibiotic cream on it. Do this daily until healed.

Also, if it comes back once healed, then you will have to do some investigating to be sure it's not something in the enclosure.

What kinda of antibiotic should I use?

Any over the counter. Like Neosporin is good.
