In the morning at around 10am I soak my tortoises for around 10 - 15 minutes .. then I let them graze on cat grass for 20 - 30 minutes. Next I put them in their enclosures while I prepare their food which varies from spring mix, Chinese cabbage, Bok Choy and Water Spinach stems (Not only these vegetables just from memory). Then I take them out of their enclosures and let them walk around under the sun for 30-60 minutes, then I put them back in their enclosures. I also mist the hiding spot/hide to create humidity cause I heard that humidity can cause less pyramiding. I have a pile of hay for them to sleep in/on if they want a dryer place to sleep. Orchard bark as bedding.
Is this okay? Am I doing the correct things for my tortoise hatchling? Am I feeding the correct things? Should I do any other things to lessen pyramiding? And should I be fixing anything from what I just said?
