Ridiculous, but i wonder how many tortoises are kept in conditions like this or worse.........
Actually, other than needing a beak trim, he could look a lot worse.

Pretty expensive.

Beak...cedar...size of enclosure...no light/heat. Thank goodness these people are rehoming this poor animal.
