Hello all,
I am new in this forum and this is my first post. I've had a wild turtoise living in my backyard for a few years now. I live in Jordan. The turtoise is supposed to have been found in an empty plot of land adjacent to our house (rural land). My grandmother brought it in few years back along with 2 others, which i think are burrowing somewhere in my yard, though i spotted them 2 weeks ago . Its cold hard winter here now in the highlands of Jordan.
I think my turtoises are mesopotamian greeks ( Testudo graeca terrestris ) according to my research in the past week. The plastron hinge is movable.
Can someone confirm or correct?
Thank you very much
Ahmad
