OUR REDFOOT IS BIGGER THAN OUR DOG !!

K, before everyone freaks out I know my dog looks mean and fierce lol, but she's a BIG BABY!!!!! Ruger (the redfoot) follows her around the house. No the turtle does not run around the house all the time. Just here and there so he's not enclosed all day. Anyway thought the pics were cute. I do have one serious question. Ruger will not lay anywhere near his heat or uv light. He moves as far away from them as possible. Any suggestions

If your talking about Tortoise instead of turtle, excuse me. I just nursed a box turtle back to health and have posted things about her. I am aware it's a tortoise

I have a little ankle bitter rat dog that looks just like that. Our torts are bigger than him to, his name is HAM

lol, Well Cookie ( the dog, was her name when we got her) was a rescue. She was abused and mistreated when we got her. We were told she shouldn't be around children. We took our chances and got her anyway. Cookie and my little girl are now best friends. Just goes to show what a little love will do for animals. Let me post acouple pics.
