Hi guys,

Just thought I'd introduce myself, as I've been a bit of a lurker for a few months! I'm from Yorkshire in the UK, and have one hermann tortoise, he's a 2015 hatchling, and I've had him for about 6 months now, although obviously he may not be a he

I've definitely been learning a lot since I got him, there's a lot of conflicting info out there and it's taken a while to get the right info, so I thought I'd make an account for the millions of questions I will probably be asking over the next few decades haha!

This is my little guy, although he's no longer on this substrate!

The most obvious thing you need to be aware of is that rabbit pellets are not good substrate. They're far too dry. The guides cover this.
