How often and how much do I need to be feeding it?

with mine i give him a pile of greens half the size of his shell twice day and he doesn't always eat all of it but mine and yours are not the same but size of the shell of greens should work for yours and every day you should give yours greens and you should also soak your baby everyday for a while(couple months if not more) to keep them well hydrated

A Greek tortoise is a good option I have one named Aisha and she is very calm and friendly but active
But that's just her being her she was my first tort and they are good beginner tortoises I wish you good luck finding a friendly best friend tortoise

Awww he is very. Very. Tiny. Take good care of him. Babies need extra attention.
