For the first couple of weeks she would go into her hide in a little bit before her light turned off. As of late, she does not go to her hide she just goes to a side wall and buries herself a little bit (I mean like 1/4 of an inch into substrate) and calls it good. Should I be worried about this and should I put her in her hide at night?

tortoises are stubborn, could you perhaps move the hide?

I would suggest moving the hide also, especially if she keeps burying herself in the same spot.
