The first look likes what we call a Money Tree here in the Uk its grown in the house, the 2nd looks like a swiss cheese plant i do not no the last and i do not know if they are safe either

The first and second (same plant), a succulent plant, is ok to plant with the tortoises.

The third is a split-leaf philodendron. Most philo's are toxic. Some species of tortoises can eat them, but not all species.

The last picture is a pony-tail palm. My cat like to eat it, but I doubt the tortoises will. I have a large pony-tail palm planted in the ground in my Manouria pen. Manouria eat EVERYTHING, even the bark off the trees in their habitat, but I've never seen any bite marks on the pony-tail palm.
