Thats my little Sheldon, he got a dry start at the pet store,
we try not to hold that against him, we say "faceted look" as to
not hurt his feelings, sshh, dont let him hear you !

At the pet store Sheldon was pacing along the front glass of the aquarium struting his stuff, showing off to get out of there !
As soon as I told my husband I found the "one" Sheldon made a
bee line to the place where I was pointing to him at the glass.
My husband saw that & it was meant to be.

Oh, he's great! I bought him a portable greenhouse to live in indoors now that summer is coming to an end. I have that all set up now with proper temps and humidity. He has gained over 100 grams since he's been here and he has such personality!!

He also flashed his male parts today!

Whoa, George, chill out a little with the man parts!

Fantastic weight gain. I'm so happy to hear he's doing well.

I can't tell which one is Queen Bertha. Shouldn't she be wearing a crown or some other indication of her royalty?

She is the one with the "B" on her shell. Her sister Ruby is nearly identical. (Except in the way that they walk.)
