Sorry, but there is nothing but opinions available on this subject. There are many variables that determine what to feed and how often, and there is little in the way of facts from definitive scientific study. Many methods and routines work for many people all over the world who keep many different species.

Tortoises are grazing animals and need to be able to eat every day, unless you are preparing the tortoise for brumation. Fruit should not be fed to a greek tortoise. The sugars can wreak havoc with their GI tracts. The main diet should be broadleaf weeds of the right species. Leaves like hibiscus, rose of Sharon, grape vine leaves, and mulberry leaves. Occasional flowers are great. A wide variety of leafy greens from the grocery store are a good way to go as long as you add in amendments like the ZooMed Grassland food and the dried leaves that you've got.

Hello and welcome!

You feed your tortoise daily, as much as it eats. Leafy greens are the bulk of the diet, wild growing plants are preferred over grocery store greens. Pellets ("complete diet") - 1-2 times a week, flowers - 1-2 times a week, calcium mixed with greens. Don't feed it fruit at all (as you want no opinions, that's the safest option).

There are also tortoise food pellets and toppers that are made of only dried grasses, like Agrobs Pre Alpine. They can be fed daily, mixed with greens, to provide more variety and fiber.

If you want a straightforward instruction how to raise your tortoise - follow this guide https://tortoiseforum.org/threads/info-for-new-people-please-read-this-first.202363/ (and Temperate species care sheet linked at the end of that post).

Oh man it gets confusing. There is a lot of wrong and contradictory info out there. That is what is so great about this forum. Ask lots of questions. We will explain those contradictions and why one way is better than another.
