Just chop up what ever you have on hand and give it to them, they will eat it,I have only had russians for a short time but am impressed with their varied diet, kinda like the manouria but different types of plants.this evening their silver platter snack consisted of dandelion, thistle, yesterdays daylilly blooms and some slices of opuntia.sometime today they figured out how to get the stalk of the large sedum, I took a pic, you can see where they have been chewing at the bottom and it was to tough so they went higher where it is more tender.I'm glad I have a lot of this because it seems to be one of their favorites.

Nice pics! I love it when they step on a flower stalk and work their way down to the treat at the end!

Nice pics :)

It is worth starting to chop things less small, especially as they get bigger. Tearing at the plants helps your tort to wear down its beak.
