Hermans tortoise

We just got a tort today and I think we got the wrong uva uvb heat size. 40 gallon tank 5.5 zoo med light plus heat at 75 watt.
Its too low for the tank we have. Its only about 75 degrees and humidity is 55.
Is this ok???
All stores are closed. Will he be ok until morning or does anyone have advise on help I can do until morning.

I've never kept a Hermann tortoise, but I can start you off.

Is this a baby? Or an adult? Where did you get him? Do you have a cover on his tank, or is it open topped?
