That ad is from Bob and Judy Thomas in Arroyo Grande. Bob used to be the president of the Too Slo chapter of CTTC for many, many years. He and Judy are now the adoption chairpersons of the chapter.

If you read the ad carefully, you'll see that the CA desert tortoises are free, but there is an adoption fee for the others that they have up for adoption. (and those are baby russians in the picture)
