For what species age and size?

A simple 4x8' table can be made with a sheet of plywood and some 2x12s.

Two baby hermann tortoises that are 2 inches long but something they can live in for a long time

At that size you can start with something smaller, but if you build them a big one to start with, you won't have to build another one so soon.

BTW, has anyone mentioned to you that pairs are often problematic. You will most likely end up needing to separate them.
