What about using just the basking light on that side on the wood support. Then you can eliminate the clamp lamp and the coil bulb.
For now, you could just use the basking light until you get a different UVB source.

You would brighten up the enclosure more (both sides) with a tube fluorescent bulb down the long side closest to the camera (this would require a new fixture for it).

Love it!! I would love a second level for my tort. Such a smart use of space.
