Dropped my painted turtle

Hello, I dropped my painted turtle about 3 or 4 feet onto the tile in my house. It landed right on its shell, however there are no cracks or any visible bleeding. He was acting out of the ordinary due to shock for a little but he's fine now and acting normal as he always does. I'm just wondering if I should be concerned about any internal damage and if I should take him to a veterinarian regardless? Would an x-ray be good to make sure everything is fine internally? Also, are there any other precautions I should take for now? For reference he is 2 years old and this only happened a few hours ago. Thank you!

Turtles are tough lil dudes. Im sure he’ll be fine. Id keep an eye for the next few days to see if he starts acting out of the norm
