Yes. Rob MacInnes at Glades Herp has a really impressive pair (or trio?) and he produces some each year.
Also Chris McQuade of Gulf Coast Reptiles does them. I'm sure there are some others too.

Paraguayans aren't quite large enough but my Bolivians produce. First clutch this year didn't get fertilized but hoping the second one does. My male is a lot smaller than my female so sometimes he has trouble : )
