Creaking

Over the past week my leopard tortoise has started to "creak" when he walks.... It's like his skin needs some WD40 on it!! He is bathed regularly and has water available at all times. Can anyone help with what could be causing this please??

Where is the creaking coming from?

My tortoise creaks on occasion... I thought it was normal. It's usually the cause of her shell when she's moving her arms.

Are you sure he does not make the sound with his beak? Mine sometimes does that...

It seems to be his skin that is creaking but it doesn't feel dry. It's not his shell... Was at the vet last week and was told he was a perfect specimen.... Then he started creaking!!

If you could record a video of him walking with that sound it would be probably very heplful Sound really strange....
