Can anyone please tell me what this is?

I have a Hermens Tortoise, approx 14-15 months old. He or She eats ok (mixed diet) sleeps a lot, seems fine, although I have noticed two small white lumps on left cheek that it keeps rubbing. Also the side of the mouth looks different. Can someone tell me what this is please.

I just see a normal tortoise mouth. I see the two scales there...

Your tortoise should never be fed fruit. Its not good for them.

You will notice new bumps and scales as they grow. They seem to happen overnight.

How about sharing the rest of his care?
Temps, enclosure size, diet, lighting you are using, substrate, humidity?
If his diet consists of fruit, which should not be fed, maybe the other info you got is also incorrect. We can help you correct it. There is a lot of bad and outdated info that seems to be found, before the correct info on this forum is found.
