For those of you in San Diego, I just found out about the public day at the CNPS 2012 conference, to take place TOMORROW. Everything is FREE (except for the parking). As unthrilled as I am about getting up to make the conference at 8 a.m. tomorrow, I can't pass up the opportunity to be there, so if anyone in San Diego plans to make it, let me know. I'm going to improve my native plant identification skills for tort feeding, pick up some sweet merchandise in the exhibit hall, and pick up some tips on teaching about conservation for my volunteer work.
