Hello I'm trying to find a good gas growing bush or tree type plan that I can feed the leaves to my tort. I think I've hear mulberry is good. Can someone help me out and maybe post a pick of one they have themselves. Thank you

grape vine. The grape leaves are nutritious and the vine grows quickly.

Mexican Heather. Tuleo has one that started out as a 2" plug last year and it is 3.5' wide now. He has trimmed it up so it is like a raised bush and he loves to crash under it and stretch to reach the growth. It's pretty darn precious. Also Hibiscus is a big favorite.

I also started a dwarf Mulberry tree last year but it is still not large enough to be of much help and my RF don't seem to care for the leaves. Just the berries.

Love mulberry trees. They grow fast and are hard to kill.

What about sea grape? Is it edible, tortoise-wise? It's a woody, tree-like bush with big flat leaves. Ours is male, as it steadfastly refuses to produce fruit, but goodness that sucker can make some leaves.

I know that the "GRAPES" are edible. The leaves, I'm not so sure about.

Yeah, that's where I'm stuck. I keep googling, but can't find confirmation they're safe and until I do it's a no-go. Too bad, because that plant grows like nobody's business. That would be some awesome tortoise food.
