Hello from Idaho,

I am happy I have found this forum. I just adopted to baby Burmese Mountain tortoises because I have always wanted a large tort as well as I help home school my grand children and I feel the study of such an amazing animal will benefit them. Sir Isaac and Newton arrived here all cold and lethargic. After a nice warm bath and introduced to their new habitat, all seems well with them. I have read many different topics in this group before I ever adopted and must say I have learned much. I am pleased to be a part of this group. May God bless each of you as well as your hard shelled friends!

Thank you. I know I love the little guys! They are six months old. Hubby gave me a gift certificate to buy one for Christmas. Took me two months to get plants grown and the habitat set up before I ordered. They arrived here on Valentines Day.
